If this information leads to the identification of repair or maintenance work being necessary, the next step is taken fully-automatically: depending on the type of message, it will be forwarded to the OMNIplus 24h SERVICE or to your local workshop. In the case of maintenance measures which can be easily resolved by means of self-help, OMNIplus Uptime sends the information directly to the cockpit. By putting OMNIplus Uptime in place, you will be able to reduce the number of vehicle breakdowns and can have any workshop visits bundled together in a more optimally plannable way.
