Customers are covered by our Roadside Assistance for the duration of their new vehicle and parts warranty, providing it is a manufacturing defect or the failed part is covered under your Mercedes-Benz Service Plan. Beyond that, we continue supporting our customers on a pay per service basis.

New Vehicle Warranty.
Each new Mercedes-Benz Bus comes with roadside assistance for the duration of the new vehicle warranty period1.
Genuine Parts Warranty.
If the breakdown was caused by one of our genuine parts and is still within its one year unlimited kilometre warranty period, you are covered for Roadside Assistance2.
Mercedes-Benz Service Plans.
Selected service plans may cover your breakdown service and towing for valid repairs, if the selected part that caused the failure is included in your service plan agreement1.
Pay Per Service.
The call to our 1800 hotline and the breakdown coordination by our 24/7 support team is a free service offered to all customers. However, the repair, towing, and breakdown cost will be charged accordingly.
